Recently newly renovated. Roban House is a small friendly guest house with accommodation within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. OUR PREMISES ARE STRICTLY NON SMOKING AND SMOKERS ARE NOT WELCOME. The hotel has luxury rooms, most en-suite, with free wireless broadband. On-street parking is available near the house. A maximum of 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bath, and from the bus and train stations, we offer the most convenient solution for your stay. Continental breakfast included where indicated otherwise £6.50 per person and,served in the room, can only be ordered on arrival.
Parking on street outside (at £10 per day) or free on street parking two streets up from us.
PLEASE NOTE. We now offer in house holistic treatments such as Aromatherapy/Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Sport/Remedial Massage and Non Surgical Facelift Massage. These normally need to be booked in advance. Please telephone for details.
We can sell you tickets to the Spa at a discount and provide free towels for the Spa for the guests staying a minimum of two nights, (saving of £3 per person), or organise early/late check-in or late check out for you (subject to £10 per hour or any part thereof). We'll contact you after your booking to confirm details about accommodation, check-in, parking , or any other special requirements.
A small laptop computer is available at nominal charge for limited time. Landline telephone is available - most common destinations worldwide are available at 40 pence per minute.
The earliest check-in is at 3 pm and the latest at 9 pm (5 pm and 9 pm on Sundays) and the latest check out 10 am except by prior arrangement (additional charges may apply). Roban House does not have a permanently manned reception. We will contact you to arrange the suitable check-in time.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Children over the age of 12 are permitted if accompanied by a responsible adult.
We do not permit rooms to be shared by more than the number of people booked.
Please note - we offer a completely smoke free environment - no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Anyone found smoking at the property will be asked to leave and to pay for re-decorating of the room.
Guests are requested not to enter the property in dirty, dusty or soiled industrial clothing. We reserve the right to request you to change before entering.
Bookings can only be accepted on pre-authorisation against valid credit card details (no charge) or pre-payment by debit card . We will use the card details provided at the time of booking. You may pay by cheque or a bank transfer providing funds have cleared before your arrival date, or by cash on arrival. No cancellation charge applies if a booking is cancelled before 10 am seven days before the date of arrival. Where cancellation is made outside of the these terms the guest will be charged the full amount of the booking. Full payment is due on arrival, or earlier as explained above, and the full cost of the stay is payable in the event of a no-show
