Headed by our award-winning chef Alexander Quinn, who carefully selects only the best fresh produce from locally renowned suppliers
to provide both Taylor's Restaurant and our lively Bistro with simply delightful cuisine. The restaurant has a luxurious, stylish look and feel to it with sumptous colours and fabrics accentuated beautifully by the flicker of candlelight and fresh flowers through out the room. Fast becoming one of the Shires most talked about eateries, Taylor's restaurant is definitely the place to dine.
